Shipping Standards

Red One Medical Devices. LLC processes customer orders in the order they are received, subject to stock status, payment verification, and shipping eligibility. Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends, public holidays, and operational closure periods.

Delivery time begins only after the order has been released to the selected shipping carrier. Transit estimates shown at checkout or in follow-up communications are approximate and may change based on destination, carrier capacity, weather, or service interruptions.

Shipping Availability

Shipping services are offered to locations where carrier delivery is available and commercially reasonable. Certain destinations, oversized parcels, regulated items, or orders requiring additional verification may need manual review before shipment is approved.

If a shipping method is unavailable after purchase due to address restrictions, carrier limits, or package constraints, the customer may be contacted to arrange an alternative method, updated charge, or cancellation option.

Charges And Rates

When tracking is available, shipment confirmation and tracking details are sent to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking updates depend on the carrier’s scan events and may not appear immediately after label creation or initial handoff.

Failed Delivery Or Incorrect Address

Customers must ensure that shipping information is complete and accurate before placing an order. Red One Medical Devices. LLC is not liable for delivery failures, delays, or losses resulting from incorrect addresses, missing unit numbers, refused delivery, or unclaimed shipments.

If a parcel is returned to sender for address-related or delivery-attempt reasons, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment is arranged. Original shipping fees may be non-refundable once fulfillment has started.

Damaged Or Missing Shipments

Any shipping issue involving visible damage, missing contents, or non-receipt of a delivered order should be reported promptly after delivery or the expected delivery date. Supporting information, including photos of packaging, labels, and affected items, may be required to review the matter with the carrier or fulfillment provider.
